Excel Dashboard by Department and Region

I have been quiet on my blog of late.  Been busy preparing courses and webinars for the year. This morning a put together a fresh dashboard for the site.  The Excel dashboard has a consistent feel and I have used 3 years as an example.  It spins on the option buttons in the top right.  It is only a very small dataset but works nicely.  The staffing by state chart works nicely.
